Welcome to my Blog.  I will write about my experience as a Type 2 Diabetic and hopefully help a few people as I help myself.

A little about myself.  I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in September of 2012.  I can only imagine how long I have actually had the disease.  I am a management professional in the Information Technology field in the Healthcare industry.  I have two degrees a BA in Econ and an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.  I am married with pre-teen daughter.
